Clancy-Maggiore Elementary School for the Arts is located in Kenner, Louisiana and is part of the Jefferson Parish Public School System. We are currently serving over 550 students in grades Pre-K through five.
Our curriculum includes instruction in the arts integrated into the reading, English, mathematics, science and social studies classes. We also have Visual Art, Music, Drama and Spanish teachers on staff to work with students.
Pre-kindergarten Registration-
The Jefferson Parish Public School System (JPPSS) pre-kindergarten registration will take place this year on March 11-15, 2013.
During the week of March 11, parents and families will be able to register their children at four different sites under staggered application periods. Students whose last name begins with A-M may apply on March 11 or March 13. Students whose last name begins with N-Z may apply on March 12 or March 14. All students mayapply on March 15.
The four registration sites are: Bonnabel Magnet Academy boardroom, 2801 Bruin Drive in Kenner; East Jefferson High School gymnasium, 400 Phlox Street in Metairie; West Jefferson High School auditorium, 2200 Eighth Street in Harvey; and Harry S. Truman Middle School, 5417 Ehret Road in Marrero. Applications will be accepted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
